• Conveyor set with spiking unit
• This equipment is used to remove cardboard from paper and sort accordingly
• Material is sorted based on stiffness. This means: paperboard and cardboard are stopped by the spikes, whilst paper products, on the other hand, are let through
• The board is then knocked off the spikes with a shaft and board and paper land on their own separate output conveyors
• Internal system chutes channel wood, stone, bundles and other impurities downwards to prevent any problems from arising during the process
