Machine dimensions, inspection and transport 


Machines on The Market Ltd will make all machines sold available to the buyer for the inspection and the gathering of dimension data.


 The machine buyer is responsible for the collection of all machine dimensions, weights and measurements of the machines they have/are purchasing.


Any dimensions, weights and measurements giving by Machines on The Market Ltd are for approximate guidance only.


All export and carriage of machines is the responsibility of the buying party, materially and financially.


Warranty


All machines are sold as seen, with no warranty inferred or supplied.


Deposits and payments


A deposit of 10% is required to hold a machine for 30 days.  After this time, the machine will be made available back on the open market.  The buyer will be contacted by Machines on The Market Ltd a minimum of 3 times prior to the 30 day period expiring.


Upon receipt, all deposits are non-refundable after 30 days.  Machines on The Market Ltd require a 10% deposit for the services of selling a machine.


If full payment is made within 30 days, the 10% deposit will be subtracted from the outstanding balance.  If payment is made later than 30 days without written agreement from both parties, the deposit will revert to being non-refundable.


In the event that Machines on The Market Ltd act as an introducer of buyers to sellers, once an enquiry has been received from a potential buyer, through our website or any other form of our advertising, the agreed commission from the sale will remain payable to Machines on The Market Ltd.


Price changes


Machines on the Market Ltd reserves the right to change machine pricing at any time without prior notice. This can be due to fluctuation in exchange rates.
