Panizzolo Recycling Equipment Now Available Through Machines On The Market

Machines On The Market is pleased to present a selection of Panizzolo recycling equipment to operators across the UK, Ireland and international markets. The range covers stationary and mobile hammer mills, twin-shaft shredders and high-capacity pre-shredders.

The Current Panizzolo Range

There are currently 20 Panizzolo machines listed, across three categories.

Pre-Shredding

  • Panizzolo PSH Kraken 2300 Pre-Shredder. This is a heavy-duty primary reduction unit with a 630 kW motor and 14 claws. It is built to take bulky, mixed and difficult feedstock and prepare it for secondary processing.

Twin-Shaft Shredders

  • PZ H 1500 R. It has a 1500 × 1400 mm cutting chamber and a 264 kW motor.
  • PZ H 1500. It has a 1500 × 1100 mm cutting chamber.
  • PZ H 1300. It has a 1300 × 1100 mm cutting chamber and a 150 kW motor.

Panizzolo’s twin-shaft shredders deliver controlled, consistent volume reduction. They suit a wide range of materials and are often used as the first stage in a complete recycling line.

Stationary Hammer Mills

  • Used Mega 735 and Mega 725. These are designed for grinding heavy metal scrap. They produce a dense, clean and furnace-ready output that commands a better price from foundries and steelworks.
  • 400 Industry Pre-Refining Hammer Mill. This is a pre-refining system for operators who need to separate and upgrade mixed metal fractions.

Mobile Drum Hammer Mills

  • Flex 1300, Flex 1000 and Flex 800. These are transportable recycling plants built around Panizzolo’s hammer mill technology. The Flex series gives operators the flexibility to process material on site or move capacity between locations. The compact Flex 800 is particularly well suited to smaller yards and to applications where ease of maintenance is a priority.
