The Pulverizer is of heavy cast iron construction with replaceable cast manganese liners, with a rotor running on heavy duty bearings and housings. 

The motor is coupled to the grinder via a vee belt drive and motor. The Pulverizer rotor runs on heavy-duty bearings and housings.

The rotor is fitted with one complete set of beaters.

Inside the Pulverizer there are 4 cast manganese breaker blocks that help the grinding process and production of a more granular

product.

The bottom half of the Pulverizer houses 3 screen sections of a heavy-duty wedge bar design. Screen selection will depend on the

required output material profile and the size of the feed material.
