The Gradeall MKII tyre baler is built for maximum bale output. It produces up to 6 PAS 108-compliant tyre bales per hour, each containing up to 400 tyres, depending on tyre size. Tyre volume is reduced by up to 80%, which makes a material difference to both transport costs and on-site storage requirements.

Baling end-of-life tyres makes it practical to move them on to further processing destinations: construction projects, civil engineering applications, shredding facilities, pyrolysis plants, and energy recovery operations. Gradeall has supplied MKII tyre balers to customers across the UK, the US, and internationally. The machine is well-suited to tyre collectors, recycling centres, vehicle dismantlers, and tyre depots of all sizes.
